Ferrini Home - Via Monte Sant'Agata

Excellent location. . . very easy walk to the city center. . . shops and restaurants! Very modern and clean, a lovely private terrace. Good art on the walls. Extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Small apartment but well equipped. Ferrini Home has a very helpful staff and their properties are of a high style. Some maintenance in the bathroom needs to be completed. We have notified Ferrini.

We travelled with several people, so I got to see five different of the apartments. They are all superclean, spacious and most of them have at least a balcony or a terrace. The flats are directly next to via Etnea, one of the major streets of Catania and you can basically reach the whole city easily from there. The service of the hotel was extraordinary, they made sure we felt welcome, helped whenever we needed something and were polite and on point. I cannot recommend this place enough and if I can return to this city one day, I will certainly stay at this place.

Location was excellent,great restaurant just below apartment. Appreciated flexibility for an early check in. Real bonus having access to sky package after a long day sightseeing😁

The flat is part of a managed building, so that made it feel very safe. Our flat was very quiet, considering the central location of it. The roof terrace was huge (just missing a bit of sun 😉) room was equipped with everything you need - even discovered a hidden washing machine after a couple of days!! The staff member who greeted us showed us where we were on a map, and told us where the key areas were to visit, which was very much appreciated. They were on hand to text throughout our stay any questions, i.e to get an ironing board, or where to get the bus from. The kitchen was well stocked, with coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, sachets of olive oil and balsamic, and a bottle of wine! Sofa bed, very comfy. Shower very hot, albeit not too powerful.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Within walking distance to all the main places to visit, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and everything you could need. We were allowed to do the check-in a bit earlier than planned, which we highly appreciated, and the lady who welcomed us to give us the key was very attentive and even gave us lots of recommendations for things to do nearby. The studio is very comfortable, with lots of light and in a very quiet street, so we slept very well. Overall, a great place to stay when you visit Catania!
